By placing an order at OnlineFlorist4u, you are accepting our terms and conditions

1 All products, gifts, flowers Arrangements and items as shown or given on the website of onlineflorist4u.com are subject to availability it means at the time of delivery or service difficulties and problems we reserve the right to alternate with a product of the same value and quality without notice.

2 Certain flowers may be delivered in "bud" to make sure longer life.

3 If we are unable to deliver or dispatch all or part of your order (if not possible to deliver substitute). We will refund your money as soon as possible

4 Placing order on OnlineFlorist4u is subject to our acceptance. We will send an email confirmation at your registered email with your order details.

5 Deliveries cannot be delivered at exact times. All orders will be delivered during the working day between 9 am and 9 pm.

6 for any reason, you want to change delivery date of your order; you can inform us on +919251980670. Please give us at least 48 hours notice before the requested delivery date.

7 If we are not able to deliver your order on holiday, given or mention date or date of delivery, orders will be delivered on the next working day.

10 if the receiver is not found at delivery location your order will be delivered to neighbor or security or at reception. And we will consider your order status as delivered.

11 if receivers no is incorrect or not responding or not reachable, delivery is not possible in such case receiver of the order must collect the order from our delivery agent/ delivery location/office

12 if your receiver of order refuses to collect order or refuse to accept the delivery in such situations we consider such order as delivered
